Kill MRSA, C-DIFF, Spores, Virus Bacteria

Altapure HJ600

The Altapure HJ600 not only engages and eliminates Healthcare Associated MRSA but affords an opportunity to engage and eliminate Community Associated MRSA. These pathogens and infections are emerging, vibrant, growing in strength and are a major expense and concern to Hospitals and the general public.

Altapure is the answer to these concerns.

"I was very impressed by the results of our initial challenge experiments in a test chamber last summer undertaken to evaluate the ALTAPURE technology in a simulated healthcare setting. The results confirmed that a brief exposure to the dilute peracetic acid-hydrogen peroxide aerosol totally sterilized a wide variety of solid surfaces as well as fabrics heavily monocontaminated by clinical isolates of methicillin-resistant Staph aureus (MRSA), vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus (VRE), Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii and, especially, the spores of Clostridium difficile."

"It may seem a strange principle to enunciate as the very first requirement in a hospital that it should do the sick no harm."

A New, Better Cold Disinfection Technology

100% Kill of Spores, Viruses and Bacteria in Less than 30 Minutes Total Operation

Fast, Safe and Effective High Level Disinfection
The Altapure HJ600 was specifically designed to disinfect standard sized hospital rooms in a short period of time. Research data has shown that ALTACARE, ALTAPURE's agent of choice, will eliminate 100% of spores, viruses and bacteria in minutes when used as part of normal hospital cleaning procedures.* The process is quick, leaves no residue and the end products are bio-friendly.

Sub Micron, High Volume, Deep Penetration
The HJ600 was specifically designed for large space high level disinfection. ALTAPURE's sub micron droplet size and robust dispersal guarantees a total kill irrespective of the space geometry. Deep penetration on, under and around all surfaces provides complete pathogen kill within a room environment.

No Exposure Limit, Non-Residual, Non-Corrosive
ALTAPURE disinfection produces a deposited microfilm. This micro-film converts to water vapor leaving a faint odor similar to vinegar which is easily removed in the final phase of the disinfection process. Currently, there are no OSHA or ANSI standards that control the use of ALTACARE in a hospital environment. Testing has shown that the use of ALTACARE will not affect materials found in the typical hospital setting, including electronic equipment (computers, printers, scanners, etc.) PAA is currently used to disinfect endoscopes and is used in hospitals to clean various surfaces by the "dip-wipe and drop" method. PAA has been widely used for over twenty years.

No Preconditioning, Humidity/Temperature Tolerant
Controlling the ambient humidity or temperature is not a process concern. The system operates independent of dew point, vapor pressure and temperature. Preconditioning is not required and there is no need to monitor or control humidity or temperature during the process.

* "In all the testing that I have done over the years, I have never seen any method kill both G. stearothermophilus and B. atrophaeus in less than fifteen minutes and yours was showing 100% killed in under one minute. I was floored."
